MORE ELECTION NEWS FROM VERMONT

Vermont (D+16) was once a strongly Republican state, but has gone hard left over the last few decades. Still, it is hard to categorize a state in which one can elect a self-proclaimed Socialist to the US Senate and a Republican to the Governor’s office in the same year – both with huge margins. Vermont is 95% White.
